Job Summary
This position plans and provides clinical oversight and support to staff and patient care to multiple clinic sites. Demonstrates clinical expertise of the assigned area. Provides leadership in clinical, financial, and personnel management within the region.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related experience normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree. Master’s preferred
- Must possess a strong knowledge and understanding of medical practice and clinic management, clinic operational structures and systems, and policies, procedures, and processes as normally demonstrated through a minimum of two years’ experience
- Must possess at least 1 year of clinical experience relevant to the patient population. (BH/Substance abuse)
- Leadership experience should include management of staff and budgets.
- Must possess licensure as a professional nurse (RN) in AZ or compact state
- Current Basic Life Support
Pay Details: $115,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
