We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animal care and be committed to delivering high-quality medical services to our furry friends. The Veterinarian will be responsible for providing medical care and attention to large and small animals, while also managing the day-to-day operations of the practice. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional care.
As a bonus, we have a veterinarian with 40+ years of experience and is willing to assist in your growth and ease the transition into our clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Examine animals and diagnose their medical conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Perform surgical and medical procedures, including catheterization and animal handling
- Conduct laboratory tests and interpret results
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in animal care and veterinary medicine
- Provide pet care and counseling to clients
- Stay current with local and national veterinary standards and guidelines
- Collaborate with other veterinarians and healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
- Develop and maintain a positive and supportive team environment
Experience:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Postgraduate experience in animal medicine
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
