- Permanent Urgent Care provider
- Schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off
- Hours: 7:30am - 7:00pm
- Flexibility to trade shifts, pick up shifts, etc.
- 25-40 patients per day, double-staff as needed.
- eClinical EMR
- Requires candidate with previous experience who can work with autonomy.
