We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Virtual Sales Specialist. The Virtual Sales Specialist implements the client's marketing plan by delivering proficient sales presentations to a defined list of current and prospective customers. In the assigned territory, the VSS will plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a plan of action. Administration of territory information and compliance to reporting and regulatory requirements is imperative.

- Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual strategic interactions with assigned targets and prospective customers to deliver effective sales presentations.
- Clearly articulate clinical information to office staff using educational resources and support materials virtually.
- Foster trust and credibility through consistent, professional communication in a virtual setting with HCPs and office staff.
- Focus on total office support staff to drive product value by ensuring the office staff has the appropriate tools.
You are a great fit if you have...
- Bachelor's Degree minimum required.
- 1+ years of B2B and/or pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Strong Account Management and collaboration skills required.
- Technical/computer proficiency.
- Self-motivated with strong performance orientation; expert selling skills including customer engagement and relationship-building success via e-promotion.
- Effective prioritization and planning while ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.
We would love for you to have...
- 1+ years of vaccine sales experience and/or "Buy and Bill" experience preferred.
- 1+ years of virtual/inside healthcare sales experience is strongly preferred.
- The ability to quickly learn and convey complex product information to healthcare professionals.
