Radiology Tech / ARRT
Seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiology Technologist to join our community hospital located just 25 minutes outside of Columbus, OH. Compensation: $26.00 - $36.50 per hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures to create diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and adherence to radiation protocols.
- Provide comprehensive patient care related to imaging procedures, including preparatory instructions and post-procedural care.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all conducted procedures.
- Ensure the operational integrity of imaging equipment through regular quality controls, routine cleaning, and maintenance as required.
- Prepare exam rooms and assist patients with proper attire for imaging, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities, specifically in the CT area, and be available for call duties outside of regular working hours.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Must hold current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
- Possession of an active Ohio Department of Health Radiologic License.
- Obtain BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
- Proven ability to perform a range of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
- Capability to manage detailed patient records and hospital documentation systems.

- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting, particularly within a community hospital environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
