Seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiology Technologist to join our community hospital located just 25 minutes outside of Columbus, OH. Compensation: $26.00 - $36.50 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures to create diagnostic images while ensuring patient safety and adherence to radiation protocols.
Provide comprehensive patient care related to imaging procedures, including preparatory instructions and post-procedural care.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all conducted procedures.
Ensure the operational integrity of imaging equipment through regular quality controls, routine cleaning, and maintenance as required.
Prepare exam rooms and assist patients with proper attire for imaging, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment.
Participate in cross-training opportunities, specifically in the CT area, and be available for call duties outside of regular working hours.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

Must hold current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Possession of an active Ohio Department of Health Radiologic License.
Obtain BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
Proven ability to perform a range of radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
Capability to manage detailed patient records and hospital documentation systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a hospital or clinical setting, particularly within a community hospital environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
Strong communication and patient education skills.
