Position Summary
The Clinical Pharmacist - Compounding Coordinator role oversees the daily operation of complex sterile compounding programs for assigned locations.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy Degree from a recognized/accredited School/college of Pharmacy required. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Degree or Master's Degree in Hospital Pharmacy or Business Administration preferred.
- License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license with Board of Pharmacy required.
- Experience: Three years of experience in compounding preferred in a large academic medical center preferred. General or specialized pharmacy residency preferred.
