Responsibilities: • Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price • Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Lead follow up • Database campaigns • Set listing appointments • Execute appointments • Close listings • Leverage listings • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • One year of work experience in real estate • Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $135,000 at plan commissions
