Your day begins with assessments and treatment plan development, ensuring precise implementation of interventions to support our clients. Building strong relationships with families, you guide future learning and independence while mentoring staff and RBTs to ensure top-notch clinical outcomes.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members ensures seamless continuity of care. Your analytical prowess shines as you collect and graph behavioral data, informing assessments and interventions.
