Description
This position is responsible for the supervision of the Sleep Center and Out Patient Studies for Cardiopulmonary. This includes coordinating and assigning work for the staff, assisting in clerical work, coordinating patient intake information and appointments, insurance pre-authorization, billing, tracking reimbursement, follow up with insurance companies and the business office on reimbursement, triage of phone calls, maintenance of electronic medical records, generation of reports, coordination of meetings, and serving as a liaison to physician offices. Work at the Sleep Center and within the Respiratory Therapy Department typically involves a variety of complex clerical tasks requiring independence, judgment, and initiative in determining how the work is performed and appropriate actions to be taken. The Supervisor is able to interact with physicians and other health care providers in a professional manner.

Required qualifications:
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- National Registered Polysomnographic Technologist - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of leadership experience preferably in a medical setting, clinic, as an office manager/lead secretary.

Pay Range: $40.98 - $64.88
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
