We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team! You will provide healthcare services under the supervision of a physician. We currently have 2 locations open 7 days a week:

285 Sills Road Building 10 Suite D, E. Patchogue 631-438-0777
21 Eastport Manor Road, Eastport 631-325-2255

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care, counseling, and teaching to our designated patient population.
Perform complete histories and physical examinations.
Develop appropriate plan of care and follow-ups based on the outcomes of diagnostic, laboratory, and physical examination findings.
Order medications and write prescriptions according to organizational regulatory policies and procedures.
Consistently provide high quality and timely documentation in progress notes.
Perform bedside procedures as appropriate to each patient.
Demonstrate expert clinical judgment skills to function in an independent role.
Administer vaccines.
Suture lacerations.
Interpret EKGs, lab reports, and radiology reports.

Qualifications:

NYS License
BS in Physician Assistant Studies
