This position is part of the leadership team, reporting directly to the Deputy Chief of Clinical Operations. SCADD is currently seeking a compassionate, full-time licensed Clinical Manager at our New London Outpatient Program. The Clinical Manager will plan, develop and coordinate the operation of this program. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Develops, implements and coordinates service provision, quality management, and utilization review in collaboration with the team.
Takes initiative for planning and providing quality services in accordance with applicable policies, procedures and mandates of all regulatory agencies.
Provides clinical training to program staff to enhance skill level.
Directly supervises all programming staff of the assigned program.
Responsible for compliance with all state and local health, safety, and fire codes, including life safety codes.
Ensures safety guidelines are in place and communicated to the clients and staff.
Interviews clients, reviews records, and confers with other professionals to evaluate condition of client as needed.
Education/Requirements:
Master's Degre in the Human Services Field
Must be Fully Licensed (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
