Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12×3, 36hrs/week, 4 weekend shifts/4 week period,2 of the 3 major holidays
Length: 17 Weeks
Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts per 4 week period (days – Sat, Sun, nights – Fri, Sat). One major and minor holiday
Requirements:
- AZ license
- 2 years of experience – must be recent, within the past 6 months
- Must be able to Read Strips
- BLS, ACLS
Other Details:
First to float
Float to MedSurg Tele C5 and B2C
Charting System: Cerner
Ratios: 1:4 ratio, days and nights
Common diagnosis / Types of patients: General MedSurg patients that require tele. Amio, Cardizem to titrate down only.
