We are looking for the next Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist to join our team! This is a full time, in-office position. About Us:

Pay: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Responsibilities
You will help more people hear better by providing clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss while ensuring a positive patient experience. You will act in accordance with the required industry and state professional licensing standards. In addition to exceptional patient care, you are responsible for growing your patient population and meeting practice financial goals.
- Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices.
- Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices including troubleshooting, conducting repairs, and cleaning.
- Achieve practice growth with a focus on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical practice standards.
- Local community outreach including health fairs and developing physician relationships.
- Counsel patients on the purchase of their hearing aids, devices, and accessories.
- Understand and meet clinical finance targets working closely with your PCC and Manager.
- Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care.
- Maintain continuing education requirements based on state requirements.
- Ability to operate audiometric equipment and to interpret the results.
- Ability to communicate test results and propose treatment in an easily understood manner.
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
- 2+ years Hearing Aid sales experience or 2 years equivalent in industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
