- Document progress and coordinate services, ensuring all team members are informed of patient updates.

Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum Years Required: 1 Year in Acute Care (Required)
- 2 Years in Home Health (Preferred)
State of Florida Licensure Requirements:
- Registered Nurse License (Required)
Additional Requirements:
Currently licensed or eligible for RN license in the State of Florida.
Certifications/Registration Requirements:
- BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support) (Required)
