The Opportunity
- Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.
- ED/UCC experience is required.
- Must be comfortable with independent practice.
- Current national certification and DEA are required.
- Two (2) patients per hour on average.
- Current AZ state license is a plus.
The Practice
Banner Desert Medical Center – Mesa, Arizona
- A 669-bed non-profit, short-term, acute care hospital with an annual volume of 70k adult care and 30k pediatric care.
- Level 1 trauma center.
- EMR is Cerner.
- 82 hours of daily Physician coverage and 60 hours of daily NP/PA coverage.
- Serves as one of the largest and most comprehensive Cardiac Care programs in Arizona.
- State of the art technology, including 3D cancer technology and da Vinci surgical robots.
