Responsibilities
Performs comprehensive assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations on patients to establish a plan of care and goals. Performs patient treatment according to Speech Language Pathology procedures of modalities, therapeutic exercise, dysphagia training, and other accepted methods. Communicates pertinent information verbally or in writing to physicians, other staff members, and patients/caregivers.
Qualifications
Education and Work Experience:
- One (1) year recent clinical experience. Home care experience preferred.
- Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current license as a speech-language pathologist.
- Current driver's license, car insurance, car registration, and reliable automobile.
- Current CPR certification.
