About the role
Elevate your career with Reckitt as our next Plant Finance Analyst. Here, you'll be the financial cornerstone that keeps our supply chain robust and efficient. Your day-to-day involvement will range from budgeting to strategic analysis, ensuring our operations run seamlessly and cost-effectively. Your responsibilities
- Analyzing, reconciling, and reviewing inventory valuation reports.
- Monitoring inventory activities from purchase of raw material through the production process to finished goods.
- Balance-sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items, with special attention to accounts like GRIR.
- Supporting monthly expense and spend provision workings.
- Conducting open PO analysis and chase teams to close unnecessary POs.
- Maintaining fixed assets registers and working with engineering to understand disposal, additions, and spending.
- Maintaining integrity of general ledger transactions.
- Performing complex analyses of specific cost centers and variances.
- Performing and analyzing cost trends.
- Reconciling temporary labor & overtime weekly before processing payments to third parties.
- Performing other general accounting and administrative tasks as required.
The experience we're looking for
- 1-3 years of experience working in the accounting/finance field with a medium to large company.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess business risks and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others across functional lines and at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office – Excel; knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus.
- Ability to manage and organize large amounts of data.
- Resilience to get through tight month-end closing and plan/forecast deadlines.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance.

US salary ranges
USD $65,000.00 - $97,000.00
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
