A global organisation, a Fortune 500 employer, is seeking to add a skilled Workday Analyst to their team in Central Paris.
This role is offered with a base salary of up to €70,000 and a hybrid working pattern with 2 days each week working from home.
A market leader in the consumer goods sector, the organisation has recently gone live with a successful Phase 1 (HCM, Rec, Learning, Talent, Adv. Comp) of their Workday deployment and is currently busy with post go-live optimization projects and support activity whilst preparing for Phase 2 (Payroll, Benefits, Abs) due to start next year. You'll play a very active role across all areas including Workday Support, Configuration tasks, Reporting and Implementation activity. Your team, consisting of 4 skilled analysts, will support their growing European region including 18 countries and circa 5,000 FTE.
In addition to your functional Workday duties, you'll also gain exposure to Workday Integration activities. Your involvement will focus on troubleshooting, oversight, and project activities whilst being supported by a dedicated technical team who oversee the Build and more complex queries.
Workday HCM Analyst - Paris - Required Profile
- Detailed Workday knowledge including Configuration knowledge of Core HCM as a minimum, with additional Modules a bonus.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Knowledge of Workday integrations (basic troubleshooting, oversight, projects).
- Workday Reporting knowledge.
- Collaborative approach and excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to attend site (Central Paris) 3 days each week.
