Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.

The Process organization is central to improving customer experience outcomes, lowering operating expenses and building a quality centric culture across the organization.
In long, our Business Process Analyst is responsible for:
- Designing, managing, analyzing, improving, and innovating on the 100+ processes in the Servicing ecosystem.
- Ensuring that the processes are well designed, and controls are built effectively to meet or exceed requirements.
- Leading the design and management of Operational KPIs and providing monthly summaries and trends to the Sr. Leadership team, including building, influencing, and executing corrective/improvement ideas.
- Partnering with and influencing stakeholders across the organization, such as Operations, Product, and Technology to build and manage processes effectively.
- Leading the agenda of building and institutionalizing a set of Process practices that are essential to a Process management culture at Bridgecrest.
- Being the standard bearers for the process artifacts and holding process owners and managers in Operations responsible for keeping them updated to the right quality standards.
- Managing the Policies and Standard Operating Procedures, including working with compliance to update them when business strategy or process changes.
- Continuously identifying and implementing high leverage opportunities for process improvement.
- Leading large scale process improvement projects.
- Enabling and facilitating many small scale ‘Kaizen - Special Ops’ continuous improvement projects across Operations.
- Planning, building, and launching manual processes in situations that require ‘non tech’ solutions (e.g., A/B tests or product launches).
- Assessing the impact of new Tech releases on ‘Agent Operator’ components of processes or critical client requirements, designing the Ops solution, testing the solution, managing Ops readiness, creating training materials, communicating change, and obtaining buy-in from Ops leaders/Client managers.
- Training, assisting, and auditing process managers and owner practices managing the 100+ processes across servicing.
- Maintaining our scrappy startup culture as an individual contributor, thought leader, and organizational influencer.
- Checking and verifying that the processes are working as intended, creating a scalable and low-cost methodology for this.
- Exploring modern technology and tools such as Speech to Text, Natural Language Processing, and Adaptive Learning models to build the Best-in-Class suite of tools that monitor process health and identify areas for improvement.
- Bringing leadership skills to partner with the business to influence and strengthen QA templates and QA processes.
- Monitoring industry trends and instituting these practices as necessary.
- Partnering closely with various stakeholders to ensure that as processes are updated, quality programs are updated appropriately.
- Identifying, coaching, and growing talent to champion Process Management in the Organization.

- Process and analytical oriented, with skills across process, quality, statistics, technology, and people management.
- Lean, Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Undergraduate degree in STEM.
- Excellent people influencing skills.
- Understanding of the Servicing and Collections policies as it relates to Financial services business.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives in a fast-paced culture.
- Proficient in Excel and basic data analytical tools in Excel.
