MUST reside in Michigan and able to work onsite on a regular basis. NOT eligible for relocation; A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position.
Overall, need a person that takes an idea for a process automation, and drives it through all the standard phases to deliver a quality automation, on-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management skills (including Agile)
- Experience automating processes with technology
- Demonstrated ability to work with business leads, identifying process inefficiencies, gathering requirements, process mapping, etc.
- Ability to assess data associated with a potential automation, identifying data quality issues
- Communicating requirements to the development team
- Organizing meetings with business and/or development team as needed to push issues/projects forward
- Good knowledge of key business processes
