JM Family's Finance Analyst Rotation Program consists of three 12-month rotations through finance roles and is designed to provide you with the capabilities, exposure, and development needed to accelerate your career.
Each 12-month rotation in different business units will help grow your financial acumen and business knowledge to build an overall understanding of JM Family and position you for future growth opportunities.
The business areas you will potentially rotate through are:
FP&A – Develop an understanding of the Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC (SET) and JM&A Group business models, key financial drivers, and the annual budget/monthly forecast processes.
Portfolio Finance - Work closely with multiple SET finance teams and our dealer partners to develop & execute pricing strategies while accounting for risk, operating costs, and the competitive environment.
Treasury – Learn more about JMFE's Capital Raising / Asset-backed Securitizations, Liquidity Management, and Interest Rate Risk management efforts.
As a participant in the Analyst Rotation Program, your development will be supported through on-the-job learning, continuous mentorship, and formal training with the goal of assisting your personal and professional development. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business administration, or other related fields with 2 to 3 years of professional work experience. A related MS or MBA degree is preferred.
Self-motivated and committed to your own personal development.
Technology savvy with the desire to learn and utilize the latest and greatest technologies including intermediate skills in Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Can demonstrate skills at analyzing data.
Able to collaborate in a team environment.
Curious with a growth mindset.
Creative, energetic, and motivated problem solver.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
