Job Description:
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and capabilities for the impacts from the new requirements.
- You will document the changes in the systems, assess the business model and its integration with technology, gather and synthesize information, and define the future state and/or business solution.
- Additionally, you will be expected to be a SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, and engage with multiple teams to contribute on key decisions.
- You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Retirement Planning Services is required.
- Atlassian JIRA with intermediate proficiency, along with Business Process Design with intermediate proficiency, are recommended.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the organization's processes and systems. Assess the current state and identify customer requirements.
- Design the future state and/or business solution.
- Collaborate and manage the team to ensure high performance. Contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems.
This is a hybrid role and candidates must be located in Charlotte, NC or the NYC/New Jersey Metro area.
Basic Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with 4 years of experience with Retirement Group Insurance Institutional Banking, and Recordkeeping.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with Agile methodology.
- High School diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Retirement products.
- Atlassian Jira Align.
Compensation:
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
