We are now accepting applications for a Branch Service Manager to join the team located at our branch in Eureka, NV.
Essential Functions:
- Manage the branch service, sales, and operations functions to achieve the strategic goals of the branch in coordination with a Branch Manager or Business Center Manager.
- Perform tasks and/or regularly make substantially weighted recommendations regarding: interviewing, selecting, hiring, performance evaluations, advancement, and termination of employees.
- Train, coach, and mentor employees.
- Provide leadership and training for the sale and referral of bank products and services.
- Resolve and respond to client service issues, complex client complaints, and questions.
- Direct the work of managed employees.
- Schedule and set hours of work as needed.
- Maintain production or sales records for use in supervision and/or performance management of employees, appraise employee productivity and efficiency.
- Recommend promotions or other changes in employee status, handle employee complaints and grievances.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in retail banking, sales, new accounts, customer service, loan processes, or other directly related experience. (Combination of education and experience may meet requirements.)
- Knowledge of the banking industry, processes, procedures, regulations, and products.
- Knowledge of lending processes and procedures.
- Strong customer service, relationship building, sales, and management skills.
- Able to handle various client concerns and problems.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of computer programs, i.e., word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
- Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards.
- Ability to lead a group.
- Ability to deal effectively with people in various job capacities.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Pay range (depending on experience): $47,500K - $60K
