Finance Systems Project Manager
To drive continuous improvement in financial systems and business processes in the US FRA organization and ensure end-to-end service delivery to all Novartis divisions. Lead the finance organization by sharing and implementing best practices in automation and processes.
Major Accountabilities
- Provide system implementation expertise for new external software launches, global systems, ERP implementations and changes, and SAP. Provide best practices including system testing, financial controls, and SOX attestations.
- Support teams with resources and expertise to bring in new tools and processes to create efficiencies.
- Project management skills. Communications, meetings, and organization skills.
- SAP super user.
Education & Qualifications
- Proven expertise in the area of systems implementation and deployment
- Finance and/or accounting degree
- Analytical and strategic skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Organized and results driven.
- SAP expertise
Experiences
- Ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix environment
