What You’ll Get to Do:
As a CACI-SOAS SIGINT Analyst, you will provide unique expertise from tactical up to the strategic level in support of Special Operations Command South (SOCSOUTH) and Joint, Interagency, Intergovernmental, and multinational (JIIM) Strategic Partners and its community of interest (COI) across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threat, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. You will be responsible for employing and integrating cutting-edge intelligence analysis tools and technology across multiple disciplines and providing operational insight to senior military and US Government leaders. You will incorporate Metadata and Publicly Available Information (PAI) into intelligence products. You will coordinate operational and analytical requirements between and through multiple US Government entities and support the development of analytic functions, analytical services, infrastructure, and expertise to assist the government in day-to-day staff support functions and operations against Counter External State Actors (ESA)/AKA Maligned State Actors (MSA), Counter Terrorism (CT), Counter Transnational Criminal Organizations (TCO), and Counter Threat Networks (CTN), in accordance with Special Operation Command (SOCOM) priorities and the National Defense Strategy (NDS).
More About this Role:
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Performs Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Support to Human Intelligence (HUMINT), emerging technologies Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED), and Next-Generation ISR collection directed toward the identification, targeting, and exploitation of emerging threats within the SOUTHCOM Area of Responsibility.
- Provides analysis of signals intelligence, cyber, and Commercially Available Information (CAI) (ex. Commercial Telemetry Data (CTD)), including the execution of analytic functions, the performance of analytical services, and providing expertise to assist the government in day-to-day staff support functions.
- Provides specialized senior-level expertise in Intelligence Analysis to support the execution of multi-disciplinary intelligence fusion activities and support the SOFETOPS mission.
- Performs tools-based data management and supports integration across the greater enterprise.
- Conducts ongoing requirements analysis of theater-specific operations.
- Collaborates and coordinates with DoD and interagency Partners to provide flexible, real-time solutions to emerging threats.
- Curates and supports the development of a counter-threat data repository.
- Identifies trends in threat development to anticipate future capabilities and reduce costs for the government.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Current Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
- Willing to take a CI Poly.
- 6 years of experience working in the role of Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA), or MOS equivalent depending on service.
- Experience working with NSA/CSS or Joint/SOF organizations in targeting, intelligence analysis, and/or supporting operations.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of databases used in the F3EAD cycle and in developing intelligence products.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in intelligence coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic level command.
- We will also consider candidates with a bachelor’s degree and three years of experience or an associate degree and 5 years of experience. Completion of military training in a relevant area, such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course), may be considered towards the relevant experience requirement.

- Must be able to identify commander’s requirements, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and fuse your findings within multiple databases to attain and share insights.
- Be comfortable working as part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise.
- Must be comfortable engaging with senior leaders via briefings while also capable of distilling, documenting, and contextualizing your findings-including any new tradecraft that you develop with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.
- Forward-leaning individual excited to be involved in developing new tradecraft, working with unique datasets, and developing TTPs as technologies evolve to enable operational effects and inform senior leadership decisions.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $74,600-$156,700
