Position Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Lead the financial analysis, financial planning and modeling for major projects and strategic initiatives.
· Develop and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, performance metrics, and dashboards.
· Oversee job performance analysis and ensure the preparation of detailed, actionable reports.
· Manage and ensure accuracy in Work-In-Progress (WIP) analysis and reporting.
· Partner with Project Managers to create accurate forecasts for ongoing jobs
· Analyze operational results relative to budget assumptions and recent trends.
· Identify key business drivers and provide actionable insights to senior management.
· Analyze the profitability of projects, regions, and segments.
· Provide high-level support to the accounting team, ensuring accurate financial reconciliations and data management.
· Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
· Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive benchmarking.
· Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts and business analysts.
· Perform special projects as assigned.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business improvements and efficiencies.
Required Qualifications
· BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
· 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or a related role.
· Construction or manufacturing experience preferred, familiarity with Work in Process accounting.
Technical Skills
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
· Experience with ERP systems and business intellige
