Responsibilities
- Utilize analytical skills to analyze data and generate meaningful reports.
- Develop insights to drive strategic decision-making.
- Deep understanding of how CRMs, especially Salesforce, operate.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRM functionality.
- Act as a liaison between the Salesforce platform and the data team.
- Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between the two teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements for CRM and reporting needs.
- Write user stories and contribute to the development of CRM solutions.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Present findings, reports, and insights in a clear and comprehensible manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on CRM systems.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRMs in a professional setting.
- Experience in gathering requirements and writing user stories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The US base range for this contract position is $30-$40/hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
