ClinChoice is looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Finance team at Fort Washington office. This position serves as a strategic partner to the business, bringing deep functional and industry accounting experience to help drive sustainable growth and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

Assist in the compilation of analysis of project budgets, backlogs, monthly revenue accruals and unbilled/deferred revenue balances for accuracy & proper accounting treatments, ensuring full financial compliance with IFRS standard and Internal Control requirements.
Monitor the project life cycle to ensure the project status is timely and accurately updated in the ERP system. When a project is completed, perform the final reconciliation to ensure all financial data is checked before it’s financially closed in ERP.
Work closely with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team to analyze complex project financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
Partner with Project Managers and function teams to establish frequent communications ensuring timely delivery of month-end procedures, and responses to internal and external inquiries related to project finance.
Assist in the internal control review, interim financial audit and annual financial audit.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in accounting, project finance or audit, with a multi-national organization, preferably a life science or Contract Research Organization (CRO) company.
Sound understanding of GAAP and IFRS. Experience and knowledge of managing revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15 is a plus.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills including vlookup and pivot tables.
Experience with the ERP system. Microsoft Dynamic 365 experience is preferred but not required.
Effective verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred but not required.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical, intellectual curiosity and influencing skills, motivated to solve problems.
