Position Summary
The Finance Manager FP&A & Compliance – Supply Chain North America is responsible for leading the annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, and management reporting for Supply Chain. The role also has oversight of the control environment for the NAM plants. This role is a key member of the North American Supply Chain Finance leadership team and has a significant impact on the quality and effectiveness of the organization's financial plans and business decisions. The successful candidate will ensure that others have the tools and knowledge required to make both financial and operational decisions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the annual operating plan, Long Range Plan, and monthly forecast processes.
- Deliver monthly financial results and analysis to supply chain management and division finance.
- Coordinate the timely execution of monthly/quarterly controls around inventory and Fixed Assets.
- Primary liaison to Internal Audit and PwC for Supply Chain related audit matters.
- Participate in cross functional teams to drive company initiatives forward.
- Act as a financial advisor and key operations team member for supply chain management and division finance.
- Assist with improving the use and understanding of ERP, BI & OneStream reporting systems, including all necessary participation in SAP or other system implementations.
- Lead/participate in discussions regarding strategic initiative idea generation and analysis of options.
- Work directly with management/functional leaders and other finance teams as needed to provide analysis on how to achieve company goals.
- Provide financial support and analysis for adhoc projects, as directed.
- Develop and manage one direct report.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (accounting or finance strongly preferred), advanced degree and additional certifications preferred.
- Strong financial analysis skills & experience required.
- Experience with SAP, BI, and OneStream preferred.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel required.
- CPA or CMA preferred.
- 5 years relevant finance experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Prior team management experience preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with professional presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage cross matrix and virtual teams.
- Must be flexible, innovative and comfortable in setting priorities for self and team.
