Job Summary:
The Investment Advisory Services Intern is primarily responsible for account service and maintenance requests from our Financial Advisers. Interns provide support to our Investment Advisory Services teams to help facilitate new accounts, money movements, account service, and asset transfers with our custodial partners.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Process new account services and maintenance requests with custodians, including account transfers, money movements, etc.
- Monitor custodial reports and notifications and take appropriate actions to resolve actionable items
- Utilize various software technologies to process daily workflow: Microsoft Office and CRM, OnBase, MyCase, LaserApp, Schwab Advisor Center, Pershing NetX360
- Record detailed notes in CRM for further processing by other team members
- Daily follow-up on outstanding new account and investment advisory items
- Assist on special projects including generating regulatory and compliance reports: review research and update data
- Assist team members with research and troubleshooting
- Provide backup assistance to other team members as business needs dictate
- Perform other tasks assigned by management

Requirements:
Must be currently enrolled in college seeking a college degree in Business Administration and/or Finance and be available to commit 15-25 hours per week during the spring/fall semesters and 25-40 hours per week during the summer months.
