As a Business Analyst, you will:
Lead our Ops teams to success through a framework of continuous sustainable improvement by understanding the business value chain and identifying business needs, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement. You will focus on determining and facilitating solutions to increase quality, improve timeliness, decrease risk and costs.

You’ll need:
- A bachelor’s in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and some experience in business process analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, or other directly related experience.
- A combination of education and experience may suffice.
- Intermediate experience in Power BI and Excel.
- Knowledge of automation processes – what to automate, when to automate, and the life cycle of automation processes is desired.
- Experience with an automation platform such as MS Power Apps, MS Power Automate, UiPath (RPA), Business Automation Workflow (BAW), Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), etc.
- Experience with DevOps principles and practices, waterfall and agile SDLC processes.
- Outstanding adaptability to changing priorities and conditions.

Location:
This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
