As we continue to grow our company and expand our capabilities, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Finance Manager to join our team.
Position Overview: The Senior Finance Manager will play a key role in overseeing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning within the C5 and EMSO business units. This position will report to the C5 and EMSO President and to the ATG Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and work closely with company leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial strategies, insightful analysis, and informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Provide financial and strategic guidance to business unit leadership and program management to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Oversee financial aspects of contract management, including proposals, cost allocation, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, FAR/DFARS requirements, and company policies.
- Streamline financial processes and systems to support operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Extensive experience in financial management within the aerospace and defense sector, with a strong understanding of government contracting, compliance, and financial regulations.
- Proven track record of successfully partnering with business leadership and understanding their reporting requirements.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
