We are looking to build on this success by growing our team across all seniority levels from software engineers, web developers, marketing and sales experts, and entrepreneurial business analysts.
As the new FP&A Analyst you will play a critical role in driving our financial planning and analysis efforts, ensuring that our business strategies are supported by sound financial insights. Your primary focus will be on analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, and providing actionable recommendations to optimize our performance.
What You'll Do
Refine FP&A Processes: Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with all departments to ensure alignment with growth objectives and provide data-driven financial insights that drive informed decision-making.
Advanced Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of pricing, ARR, unit economics, and core KPIs to support and inform strategic decisions.
Reporting: Create management and investor reports to guide executive and operational decisions.
System Implementation: Assist in establishing a modern finance tech stack by reviewing and implementing finance tools. Continuously identify opportunities for automation in tasks such as closing, reporting, invoicing, etc.
Required Experience
Experience: 3-5 years in FP&A or similar roles, ideally with 1-2 years of foundational experience in private equity or investment banking before transitioning to a startup/scale-up environment. Experience in SaaS is preferred but not required.
Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience in financial modeling, revenue analysis, and budgeting.
Technical Proficiency: Open to working with FP&A systems beyond Excel; experience with FP&A software and tools is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships, influence, and lead cross-functional discussions.
Languages: Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
