Currently, we are partnered with a preferred client in Tewksbury, Massachusetts in search of a highly talented Senior Tax Associate specializing in Real Estate.
Job Summary:
Our client, a top advisory, tax and assurance firm, is seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join their Flow Through Tax team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to become an industry expert while providing tax compliance and advisory services to middle market clients in the real estate sector.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide federal tax compliance and consulting services to S-corporations and partnerships
- Participate in tax research projects and help draft IRS responses
- Team with leaders on special projects in flow through taxation
- Develop tax recommendations for clients and collaborate with leadership on strategies
- Communicate with specialty tax practices on complex tax matters
- Utilize entrepreneurial skills to build strong client relationships
- Participate in firm-wide learning and development programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, or related business field
- CPA or JD license preferred
- 2+ years of experience in federal tax compliance and consulting in public accounting
- Sufficient coursework and credits to sit for the CPA and/or Bar exam
- Strong skills in time management, communication, and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

- Expertise in flow through taxation and real estate industry
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Adaptability and initiative in a fast-paced environment
