We are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong background in Commercial Credit to join a dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role offers a mix of remote and in-office work (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). The initial contract is for 12 months, with potential for extension or conversion to full-time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs
- Work with nCino or Salesforce platforms, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency
- Utilize SOQL/SQL to write intermediate queries and analyze data
- Leverage Service Now platform experience to manage workflow and operations
- Perform data profiling and analysis using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Custom Formulas)
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of Commercial Credit experience (analyst, underwriting, or operations)
- At least 2 years of experience with nCino or Salesforce platforms (vendor or bank customer)
- Proficient in writing intermediate queries using SOQL/SQL
- Experience with the Service Now platform in any industry
- Business Analyst or Product Management experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Custom Formulas)
