Job Description:
This job is responsible for performing more complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience. Key responsibilities include utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational databases to provide analytical support on strategies, ensure goals are met, and propose policy and procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results. Develop reporting requirements. Design, create and automate reporting solutions around key operational metrics and proactively identify potential issues or concerns. Job expectations include evaluating data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Recommends ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions using data analysis outputs.
- Performs complex analysis of financial models, market data, financial data, and portfolio trends to understand product performance and improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance.
- Leads coordination of the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years’ experience with SQL programming.
- 3-5 years’ experience with data analysis.
- Report delivery experience with SAS/Tableau/Excel.
- Proficient at written and oral communication, including presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate across all layers of peers and leadership.
- Intellectually curious with strong time management skills.
- Proven ability to execute objectives in a data-driven environment.
- Focused and detail-oriented with ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to understand long-term goals, incorporating strategic plan and broad perspective.

Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science/Data Analytics degree preferred) or substantially equivalent experience.

Pay Transparency details:
Pay range $77,700.00 - $118,800.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
