Republic Valuations is a premier real estate appraisal and consultancy firm, renowned for delivering precise property appraisals and fostering substantial organic growth. With over 30 years of experience, we support clients in making informed real estate decisions. We are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Sales Representative who is eager to grow with us.

As a Sales Representative at Republic Valuations, you will begin with comprehensive in-office training. Once proficient, you will transition to engaging in B2B sales and helping to expand our client base. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B sales and real estate who is eager to develop and maintain client relationships.

This is not an opportunity for a Real Estate Appraiser, but rather a sales position selling real estate appraisals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Drive B2B sales to expand our client base and service offerings.
Collaborate with our appraisal team to understand and promote our services.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

Compensation:

Starting salary of $80,000 plus commission.
Transition to commission-only as you establish your client base and expertise.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Familiarity with New York State real estate appraisal licensing requirements is a plus but not mandatory.
