Responsibilities

Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
Diplomatically negotiate on the client’s behalf
Provide guidance and assist clients in selling and purchasing property under the best terms
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, etc.)
Cooperate with appraisers, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys
Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood

Qualifications

Ability to cold call comfortably
Licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Organized and manages time effectively
Self-motivation and drive
A successful and proven sales history is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)

Compensation

$80,000+ at plan commission
