We reviewed your resume and we are interested in speaking with you regarding your qualifications as a Business Analyst. Work is anticipated to be remote, some travel to NCFB. A successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder. We are a small, dynamic company where everyone wears multiple hats.

Basic Project Info

The scope of work for this effort is to provide support for all aspects of CADE2 IMF Modernization RE Solutions activities to include planning, strategy, technical solutions analysis, program/project requirements definitions, change and configuration management, oversight, and ad-hoc analysis. IRS needs an integration Contractor that can add immediate value by possessing IRS information technology institutional knowledge and IMF/CADE2 domain knowledge, and effectively apply the knowledge to support CADE2 IMF modernization RE methods and solutions.

The Contractor shall serve as subject matter experts (SME) to the CADE2 IMF Modernization program and project teams. Activities will include, but are not limited to, preparing and facilitating meetings to determine cross-project priorities; identifying continuous improvement opportunities; supporting the integration of CADE2 IMF Modernization RE Solutions with other enterprise information technology programs and initiatives; and providing an overall approach for balancing CADE2 IMF Modernization RE solution between program activities and project-specific needs.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specializing in requirements management and business process analysis.
Experience with requirements tools such as CLM, JIRA or other tools and ability to establish repositories, perform traceability and be an expert in these tools.
Strong expertise in developing and/or analyzing complex process flow charts, diagrams, and presentations.
Proficiency in facilitating business transitions and providing recommendations for implementing process changes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret relevant data to support decision making.
Familiarity with business process reengineering techniques, tools, and best practices.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Desired Skills:

Active MBI at the IRS or previous IRS experience.
