Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Sr. Cyber Security Analyst in Springfield, VA to assist with maintaining the NRO command center. This position does require full time on site M-F 9-5. TS/SCI w/ CI poly clearance required.
Responsibilities for the Sr. Cyber Security Analyst Include:
- Monitoring and reporting operations to senior military officials
- Incident handling, triage of events, trend analysis, metric development, vulnerability information dissemination
- Overseeing network analysis and threat detection
- Working independently in an environment that requires 24/7 supervision
- Provide knowledge of DoD Computer Network Defense and brief findings to senior leaders
Qualifications for the Sr. Cyber Security Analyst Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Cyber Security
- DoD 8750 certification at IAT level II
- If no degree, 4+ years of working experience is acceptable
- Experience using WireShark for packet capture analysis
- SIEM tool experience (Splunk or ArcSight is a plus)
- Active TS/SCI w/ CI poly clearance
Compensation for the Sr. Cyber Security Analyst includes:
- Salary Range: $125,000-$150,000/year depending on experience
