The Analytics Ops and Programs team in Hyderabad is looking for an innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Business Analyst. The candidate must be detail-oriented, possess superior verbal and written communication skills, have strong organizational skills, and excellent technical skills while being able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate must be able to identify problems before they happen and implement solutions that detect and prevent outages. The candidate must accurately prioritize projects, make sound judgments, work to improve the customer experience, and get the right things done. This job requires the ability to constantly hit the ground running and learn quickly.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define the problem and build analytical frameworks to help streamline operations.
- Identify gaps in the existing process by analyzing data and liaising with relevant teams.
- Analyze data and metrics and share updates with internal teams.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of business analyst, data analyst, or similar role experience.
- 2+ years experience using SQL.
- BI Data Analyst experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
