Accounting Manager:
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Accounting Manager to add to our accounting team and drive financial excellence. If you have a passion for numbers, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- QED/IES AZ Accounting entries, month-end close entries, and SUSA Accounting key contact; Fixed Asset Accounting.
- Contracts Governance: Liaison with SUSA Legal, tracking & warehousing Contracts project managing approvals.
- Internal Controls (Project Management, Testing, Action Plan Governance – Annual Control Campaign Lead; OpCo Audit lead).
- OpCo Concur champion, Request approval coordinator, and T&E approver.
- Regulatory Accounting (Branch Licenses, Personal Property Taxes, Registrations, Census etc).
- Ad hoc accounting projects.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive business growth and strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external auditors and financial institutions.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
- You are career-minded, seeking an opportunity to grow professionally and assist in the overall growth of our company.
Physical Demand and Work Hours:
- This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer and performing deskwork.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents.
- Occasional standing, walking, and reaching during meetings and other work-related activities.
- Vision abilities required, including close vision and the ability to adjust focus for reviewing documents.
