We are seeking an Accounting Services Manager to join our growing team! We are a small CPA firm with about 15 team members, and we’re looking to expand our accounting services department.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $85,000 to $125,000, depending on education and experience
- Additional Compensation: Signing and retention bonuses, commissions, performance bonuses, and other merit-based rewards

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who meets many, but not necessarily all, of the following qualifications:
- Current CPA license
- Three or more years of public accounting experience
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Enjoys client interactions (in-person, phone, and video conferencing)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to seek help when needed
- Passion for helping clients and team members optimize processes
- Experience in controller or CFO roles across various industries
- Experience in client onboarding and practice development
Work Environment
- Location: South Salt Lake County (Draper, Utah)
- Work Arrangement: Approximately 30-40% remote work and 60-70% in-office or at client locations, based on individual needs and preferences.
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime as required
Education & Experience
- Education: Master’s degree preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in accounting (required)
- 4 years of experience with QuickBooks (preferred)
- 4 years of experience with Microsoft Excel (preferred)
- License/Certification: CPA license preferred
Relocation
- Must be willing to relocate to Draper, UT 84020 before starting work
