Job Summary:
Reporting to the Project Director, the Joint Use Analyst is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with pole owners in various states. This is to be accomplished while driving down workflow intervals, creating efficiencies, and maintaining full compliance with all applicable Federal, State and Local rules and regulations and company-established standards. The Joint Use Analyst will maintain communication with pole owners, permitting team, Make Ready team, and anyone necessary to ensure they collect all required information for the approved pole attachment package. The Joint Use Analyst must thoroughly understand all relevant issues, timelines and priorities so that key internal and external stakeholders are appropriately identified and involved.
What you will be doing:
- Management of application and response intervals with Pole Owners
- Coordinate with all relevant parties to understand which pole applications are outstanding and with what controlling party
- Provide analytical data for Pole Owners, Construction VPs and any other relevant party
- Negotiating with Pole Owners to maintain construction priorities
- Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that coordinate with the company's plans and vision
- Creating and organizing workflows to ensure and promote efficiencies
What You Need For This Position:
- Associates Degree preferred
- Telecommunications experience
- Knowledge of NESC and FCC guidelines preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Microsoft Excel, specifically Pivot Tables and other analytical tools
- Knowledge of PowerBi preferred
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Strong Organizational and Prioritization Skills
- Priority & Deadline Driven
- Detail Oriented
