Olsson offers its clients a full spectrum of water services, including a complete line of planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services.As a SeniorEngineer on our Water Resources team, you will serve as a project manager and will be involved in client relations, marketing, and business development efforts for the team.
Your primary responsibilities will include the review of planning and design documents, as well as contracts. Traveling to job sites for observation in all types of terrain and weather conditions, as well as project sites in various stages of construction. You will serve as the lead engineer on complex projects, providing high-level technical engineering design. Additionally, you will act as an advisor and mentor on complex projects, guiding and supporting your team.

- Strong communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Degree in civil or environmental engineering
- Professional Engineering License
- 8 or more years of engineering experience
- 4 years of experience leading or mentoring
- Experience in stormwater and water resources; hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, master planning, stream restoration or stormwater design a plus
