Framingham Campus
Salary Range: $65,000.00+/year + sign on bonus (half paid after 30 days of employment and the other half paid after 90 days of employment/pro-rated for part time).
Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is hiring clinicians to provide direct clinical services and coordinate clinical program development for clients in our residential programs. We provide a supportive culture that allows for a balance of personal responsibilities and professional development while contributing to the community.
What you will do:
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy usingtrauma informed and culturally responsive interventionsfor adolescents and their families.
- Work with a robust multi-disciplinary team.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings with state agencies (DCF, DMH).
- Assist caregivers in navigating systems to promote their awareness of resources and access to supports.
- Empower clients in the milieu environment with skills and strategies to support their mental health needs.
- Create psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and trauma-informed interventions to support growth for clients.
- Promote and strengthen family’s natural supports to foster a welcoming and supportive community for the youth.
- Ensure that client’s rights are respected, particularly in regard to cultural competency.
- Work with other community-based organizations to provide services and care for clients.
- Maintain safety and supports.
- Provide clinical on-call services.
- Provide crisis interventions.

MinimumRequirements:
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related field.
- Valid driver's license/access to related automobile.
We will train you in : Motivational Interviewing; Courageous Conversations; Attachment, Regulation and Competency Model (ARC); Trauma Informed Practice; Substance Use Intervention; Risk and Safety Assessment.
