Job Description –
Prefers candidates to have experience in Cardiac ICU and experience with Pulmonary Artery Catheters & Intra Aortic Balloon Pump.

- Float Requirements: All ICU or PCU units
Unit Information:
- Number of Beds: 24
- Patient Ratios: 2:1; rarely 3:1 for a short period of time
- Equipment: SWAN, IMPELLA, IABP, ARTIC SUN (Target Temperature Management), ZOLL IVTM (Target Temperature Management), EKOS, CADD, Alaris IV Pumps, Peritoneal dialysis, Prismax
- EMR: Cerner
Hiring Profile:
- Must Have Skills/Experience: ICU experience & Cardiac ICU, experience with Pulmonary Artery Catheters & Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump
- Preferred Skillset/Experience: Additional Cardiac pumps – swan, balloon & CRRT
- Type of Patients on Unit: Medical & Cardiac ICU patients
- Personality Fit: Humble, energetic, compassionate, adaptable, team player, willing to be a resource to other nurses if needed
Dress Code:
- Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue tops/bottom/jackets. Black scrub bottoms only
