JobResponsibilities:
ManagingandpreparingallinvoicesdailyandrouteforapprovalsEvaluateandreconcileallvendorstatementsandmanageallinquiriesAssistwithAPreportingandanalysisonamonthlybasisManageandverifyallexpensereportsandensurecompliancewithcompanypoliciesAdministeranddistributevariousvouchersandgatherapprovalsfrommanagersMaintainandupdateallaccountpayabledataandensureaccuracyingeneralledgersEnsurevendorreceives1099formsandresolveallissuesEvaluateallaccountspayablesbalanceandresolveunpaidinvoiceissues.PerformauditonvariousexpensereportsforsuppliersAssistvariousdepartmentstoprocesspurchaseordersandsubcontracts
