Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and creditworthiness of commercial loan applicants
- Evaluate loan applications and make recommendations for approval or denial
- Develop and maintain relationships with local business owners, entrepreneurs, and community leaders
- Collaborate with customers to identify lending opportunities and provide financial solutions
- Stay informed about local market trends and community needs
- Participate in local events, conferences, and networking activities to build relationships and promote our bank
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in credit analysis or commercial lending
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit principles, and commercial lending practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of the local community
