EVM Analyst - Senior

Tallon is recruiting for an EVM Analyst with senior level expertise supporting EVM and Scheduling System requirements in a federal government program environment. This position is a direct-hire (W2 salary + benefits) working directly for our client. Hybrid on-site support may be required.
Role and responsibilities include:
- Work as part of a collaborative team supporting a federal government client that acquires systems from commercial manufacturers.
- Ensure compliance to federal regulations and contract requirements by suppliers, regarding EVM and Scheduling System requirements.
- Support development of probabilistic Estimates At Completion (EACs) and Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs).
- Provide independent analysis and identification of risk, opportunities and mitigations of suppliers’ and Government efforts.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests and recurring data analysis for various management exercises, executive and programmatic activities.
- Support briefings to clients.
- Support reviews of supplier performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements include:
- U.S. citizenship; no dual citizenship.
- Current secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree (additional 4 years of related experience will be considered as a substitute for a bachelor's degree).
- 7+ years of related experience supporting EVM and Scheduling System activities for federal financial management.
- Experience developing and supporting EACs and SRAs including independent analysis to address risk, opportunities, and mitigation.
- Experience supporting ad-hoc and recurring data analysis.
- Experience developing and supporting client briefings.
- Experience conducting supplier and programmatic reviews.
- Demonstrated expertise to accurately interpret complex financial data, financial reports, perform financial statement analysis, and provide recommendations.
- Demonstrated reporting and analysis experience to deliver meaningful insights to support stakeholder decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency working across the MS Office Suite including advanced MS Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented working practices to deliver high-quality results.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to successfully interact with a blended government and contractor team.
- Availability to support hybrid on-site schedule, as requested.
